Dr. Ponmalarhas worked as an entrepreneur educator for over 12 years, assisting students in developing forward-thinking strategies and capitalizing on either online business or social entrepreneurship. She is innovative in delivering proven effectiveness in experiential learning and boot camp-based curriculum delivery and evaluation tools. She is also a clear communicator with good analytical and relationship-building skills.

Associate Professor Dr. Vishalache Balakrishnan

BIODATA
Associate Professor De. Vishalache Balakrishan served as a teacher of English Language and Moral Education for 14 years before becoming a Moral Education leceturer at Universiti Malaya in 2002. Apart from being actively involved in the development of the curriculum, the training of Maral Education teachers in Malaysia since the 1990s, she is also internationally involved in the development of global Moral Education; is a committe member of the Aisa Pacific Network for Moral Education and an elected executive board member of The Association for Moral Education. Dr. Vishalache Balakrishnan is Director of Research Center for International and Comparative Education (CRICE) at Universiti Malaya, Malaysia. She is also currently Universiti Malaya SULAM@Service-Learning coordinator. Dr. Vishalache Balakrishnan is the pioneer in including indigenous facts, stories and narrative in Malaysian Moral Education and Civics Education textbooks. She does extensive research and ensures that the belief system, culture, and lives of the indegenous society is as important and the cultre of mainstream ethnic groups in Malaysia.

BIODATA
Suhaila Mohamad works as a Program Associate at the Southeast Asia Ministers of Education Organisation Central Region for Special Educational Needs, also known as SEAMEO SEN. She is also currently pursuing her postgraduate studies in Special Education at the Faculty of Education, University of Malaya. There, she is given the responsibility as the President of University of Malaya UNESCO Club and the Head of Bureau for Welfare and Social Work. Her research interests are social participation for children with disabilities, namely sports and performing arts with her journals being published in Journal of Special Needs Education and BITARA Journal of Education. Recently, she was the moderator during the Islam Buddhism Eco Dialogue (IBED 2022) with the theme “Education on Environmental and Ecological Consciousness “ and “Practical Approaches to Sustain Planet Earth. An avid volunteer, Suhaila is the Executive Committee of the National Association of Special Education Malaysia, Alliance of Children with Cerebral Palsy and Pan Disability Football Malaysia.
